I'm passionate about using social science to advance the public good. Currently, I'm working on a startup to formalize that mission.
As a social scientist, I've studied topics ranging from innovation to climate change and international trade. My research has been published in top journals in multiple fields, and has also been cited in letters to Congress, Supreme Court briefs, and expert testimonies.
I've also collaborated with nonprofit organizations to evaluate their impact, consulted for large foundations, and worked for the White House Council of Economic Advisers as well as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
I received a Ph.D from Stanford University and was proud to be a graduate fellow at the National Science Foundation.
